The High Nine Advisor is part of the Council of the High Nine, the council of the Order of the Knights Of Eriador. They are elected from the pool of both Knights and Oathsworn

Either due to absence, travels, or a desire to relax their duties these members have left the council. They have, however, remained honoured within the knights and will be considered over other Knights and Oathsworn should a position in the High Nine become available.
